How does Workruit work?
We have two parts to the algorithm:
1) The Candidate Profile
You can add as many profile attributes as you wish. The algorithm uses your profile to find the most relevant candidates.
2) The Recruiter Profile
The candidate will have to upload a resume or CV. The algorithm will find the best match for the recruiter based on their profiles.
What can I do with Workruit?
You can download the app and swipe right to get matched with the best candidates and recruiters. You will be able to communicate directly with them through the app.
